About the Founder:
Derek Abbey has a in depth knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, as well as a theoretical and practical background in leadership practice. He is a scholar, educator, and public speaker. Derek has decades of experience that include working in various locations around the world and across a variety of cultural boundaries. In 2015, he started DM Abbey Coaching and Consulting because of his passion for and commitment to helping others.
